The company are applying for permission for amendments previously approved for change of proposed use from Hardware Retail Store to bulk Homeware Goods Store with revisions to internal layout into departments at the above address.
This will consist of revision to south west (front) elevation, construction of new extension to rear of existing building, revision to approved car parking layout, provision of totem type signage, renovations and alterations to the external and internal of the building.
Joe Simon Building Supplies are based in Boyle where they run a very successful building supplies, hardware and appliance store.
