Boyel Celtic has announced plans for the “Hal Cawley Stand”.
In a statement the club said: “Hal was essential to the club’s rebirth in 1966 and played a key role in its growth over the years. He supported our progress on and off the field and was a major influence on our core values. He was also a generous benefactor”.
“To honor Hal’s huge contribution to Boyle Celtic, we are inviting supporters to buy a seat in the “Hal Cawley Stand.” This will help cover the project costs and pay tribute to a true club legend”.
“A seat sponsorship is €100, and a plaque will be put up to recognize supporters. Please contact chairman Eddie Conroy or any committee member to arrange your seat”.
“Hal’s dedication and passion for Boyle Celtic FC have left a lasting impact on the club and community. His leadership brought the club back to life and built a strong sense of unity among players and fans”.
