Gardaí are investigating two break ins in Boyle on Saturday last.
Both break ins occurred in the afternoon/ early evening in the Maple Drive and Warren areas of the town.
In both instances rear doors were forced open in the unoccupied houses.
A handbag, cash and credit/debit cards were taken in the Warren break in while nothing was taken in Maple Drive.
Gardaí are investigating a similar type incident in Ballaghaderreen on Saturday last and believe it could be related to the Boyle break ins.
A grey coloured car was noticed acting suspiciously near the scene of the crimes and Castlerea Gardaí (094 9620019) seek the assistance of the public.
