Boyle Athletic Club will host a ‘meet and greet’ event in the Moylurg Room, Lough key Visitors centre on Sunday April 13th commencing at 3pm.
According to the club: “This is a great opportunity for everyone to connect in a relaxed, non-running setting while enjoying refreshments”.
Speakers and topics include Club Coach Adrian Gurn who will cover coaching plans at Boyle AC for the rest of 2025. marathon preparation for those tackling the 26.2-mile challenge and strength and conditioning routines for all members.
Boyle AC Committee will be on hand to reflect on 2024 successes, goals for 2025, upcoming Couch 2 5k
Shane McQuaid from Ce Sauna based in Lough Key Forest Park will give a talk on the many benefits of the Finish style Sauna.
Local business Natural Options who will also have a stand at the event.
