The AGM of Ballinameen GAA club was held recently and the following officers were elected; Chairperson: Christine Keane, Vice chair: Aisling Tansey, Secretary: Trisha Ryan, Vice Sec.: Amy Leydon, Treasurer: Catherine Dwyer, Assistant Treasurer: Johnny Dwyer, PRO: Christine Keane, Registrar: Sinéad Keaveney, Underage reps: Sharon Casey, Catherine Hunt, Marie Cullen and Sara O Connor, Insurance officer: Fiona O Grady, Children’s officer: Cathy Weston.
The club wishes to thank all the committee members who have been with us throughout the year and those who are stepping down.
Management for the underage and junior teams is yet to be confirmed.
The club extended their gratitude to the managers Mark Ward, Aidan Cunningham, Gerry Shannon and Brian Casey for their commitment and dedication throughout the year.

The club saw a lot of progression this year especially with the underage team. Unfortunately the Junior team missed out on silverware losing narrowly in both league and championship finals. However we hope 2016 will bring greater success. Presentation of the medals for the Junior team will take place Saturday the 16th of January in The Saddlers Inn (time to be confirmed).
