A site and building in Boyle town centre, that had previously been earmarked for a boutique hotel, has come on the market.

The former Drumanilra Farm Kitchen on Elphin Street is being sold with a guide price of €395,000.

In July 2021, Liam and Justina Gavin from Drumanilra Farm announced plans for a boutique hotel, restaurant, micro brewery and teaching kitchen on the site that is now for sale.
