The death has occurred of John Burke, 23 Upper Marian Road, Boyle, Co. Roscommon passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family and under the wonderful care of the staff at the Northwest Hospice, Sligo.
Predeceased by his wife Marie Burke nee Scott, parents JJ & Kathleen Burke and his sister Attracta Fitzpatrick.
Survived and sadly missed by his children Richard Burke, Ballinameen, Emma McGuinn, Ballinacarrow, son in law Martin McGuinn and grandson Conor, his brothers Brendan, Martin & Enda Burke and his sister Imelda Coleman (nee Burke), also by his sisters-in-law Mary Burke, Susan Burke, Maire Burke and brothers-in-law Tim Fitzpatrick & Brendan Coleman, his nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.

John will repose in Mahon’s funeral home, Boyle, on Tuesday, the 7th of May, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm to arrive to St. Joseph’s Church, Boyle, at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, the 8th of May, at 11am (Funeral Mass can be viewed live on http://www.boyleparish.ie) burial afterwards to Assylinn Cemetery Boyle. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Northwest Hospice.
