Enhance your mobility in a friendly environment at a free 4 week Chair Yoga programme for Older Aduls with Marese Cregg in Boyle Library, commencing on Thursday 11th April at 2pm and continues on April 18th, 25th and May 2nd. Enhance mobility, strength and balance, relieve stress and anxiety and build social connections on this programme.
