Sunday September 1st 2024 is the date for the Lough Key Sprint Triathlon in Boyle’s Lough Key Forest Park.
Entries open on Thursday 29th February at 12 noon.
Consisting of a 750m or 200m swim in Lough Key, a 23km cycle around the scenic shores of Lough Key, and finishing with a 5km run through the spectacular wooded pathways of Lough Key Forest Park.
The event is open for entry on the Triathlon Ireland website from Thursday and is open to all over 16s, relay teams, and individual competitors.
A one day race licence is required if the participant does not hold an annual Triathlon Ireland race licence.
More details will be announced in the coming weeks.
The race committee look forward to welcoming participants and supporters in September.
