Boyle Family Resource Centre is delighted to introduce a new programme – “The Possibility Programme”, aimed at boosting moral during the Covid restriction period.
These workshops take place in May 2021 on zoom and will look at building Self-Confidence to take the next step, Self-Compassion, Inner Critic and Surviving Covid. They also aim to give you renewed confidence and motivation going forward.
Workshops will take place on Thursday May 6th and 13th from 7-9p.m.
