In the Raftery’s Oakland Hotel sponsored Premier Division of the Roscommon and District League, Boyle Celtic go top of the points table following an 8 – 0 win over an understrength Strokestown United side at Boyle. The home side were three up at half time and ran out comfortable winners. Michael Corrigan got a hat trick, Enda Smith added two more with Luka Roddy, Daniel Hughes and an own goal making up the remainder.
