The 2018 Douglas Hyde Conference gets underway in Ballaghaderreen this evening Thursday September 27th and runs to Saturday 29th.
The theme of this year’s conference is People, Places & Time; Converging Histories.
The conference fee is €30 with a concession price of €15 for students, senior citizens and the unwaged.
Attendance of individual lectures is also available at a cost of €10 per lecture.
The conference fee includes entry to the full conference programme throughout the day, lunch and tea/coffee. Accommodation is not included. Please note payment for individual lectures does not include lunch.
