Gardai in Ballaghaderreeen are continuing their investigations into a stabbing in the town on Wednesday last.
At approximately 8.30pm, a 39 year old man received injuries when he was stabbed at Kilcolman Road.
He was brought to Mayo University Hospital in Castlebar with non life threatening injuries.
It is understood Gardai are following a definite line of enquiry following the incident.
