Best wishes to Triathelete Emer Sandham who represents Ireland this weekend at the European Triathlon Championships in Kitzbuhel in Austria.
Emer is the former Emer O’Connor from Drum in Boyle where her parents Jim and Elma still live and to where Emer is a regular visitor.
No stranger to the sport in which her two sisters compete, Emer lives and works in Wales.
More than 2000 athletes will compete in Kitzbuhel and Emer’s event will see her take to the water and roads on Saturday.
