A two day meeting at Roscommon Races gets underway at 6pm this evening Monday June 11th
The event features top class Flat Racing including the €20,000 Foran Equine two year old maiden and the €25,000 fillies handicap hurdle sponsored by the Irish Stallion Farms and the EBF.

Adult Admission to Roscommon Racecourse is €15 with OAP/Students getting admission for €10.
Patrons can avail of the Ros Special for €35 and this includes admission, race card, two-course meal and a €10 betting voucher.
The feature event of the two-day fixture is the tote.com Connacht National on Tuesday June 12th. This race is over three miles and it looks an ideal trial for the Galway Plate and it will attract a classy field. The Dermot Hughes Cars Rated Novice Hurdle is the main supporting race on the day.
The best turned out prizes will be sponsored by YK Signs, Athleague, which is always a welcome addition to any card, as it goes to the hard-working grooms and stable staff who spend long hours attending to their horses. OCR Waste Management sponsor the handicap hurdle on the same day.
Foran Equine sponsor the €20,000 two year old maiden on the 11th of June. There is also €25,000 fillies handicap hurdle sponsored by the Irish Stallion Farms and the EBF. Connaughton Auctioneers and Hydro Water Treatment also sponsor on Monday.
