Boyle developments get go ahead
Two planning applications in the Boyle town area have received permission recently.
Joseph Stewart and Co. sought retention permission for alterations to existing loading and distribution facility, now including 6 no. self bunded storage tanks (average capacity 18,000 gal. each) dispensing pumps, fencing and loading gantry together with associated site works and services at Mocmoyne. Application was made on 6th March 2013 and a conditional permission was granted on 13th February 2014 subject to 5 conditions
Meanwhile, permission by Joe Mahon for change of use from retail shop to Restaurant at Termon Td., The Crescent, Boyle has been granted permission subject to nine conditions. The application stated that “the development will have a ground floor area of 111msq and consist of (1) restaurant to the front of the premises, (2) reconfiguration of existing staircase to serve first floor, (3) Staff & Customer WC’s, (4) kitchen and storage areas, (5) Car parking with associated site development works at Termon Td, The Crescent, Boyle. Application was made on 25th November 2013 and conditional permission was granted on 13th February 2014.
