Castlerea Gardai are investigating the theft of Eircom cabling in the Frenchpark/Ballaghaderreen/Castlerea area over the weekend.
It is believed the theft took place on Friday night/Saturday morning when a large amount of the wiring was stolen.
Gardai are requesting anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity between Crinaun Bridge and Eire Og GAA Club in Loughglynn to contact Castlerea Gardai on 094-96-21630.
