Passengers travelling from Knock to Lourdes on Saturday faced a long delay.
Flight HV8773 was due to depart Knock at 07.30am when the aircraft for the trip developed technical difficulties.
A replacement aircraft was flown in and the plane departed Knock at 3.45 pm – some eight hours later than scheduled.
